Through our mortgage and insurance clients, we regularly meet people who need auto, home, flood, or umbrella coverage.
We Send the Referral
With the client’s consent, we pass along their name and contact info so you can follow up directly and quote them.
You Quote & Bind
You handle the full sales process as the licensed P&C producer. Once the policy is in force, we invoice per the terms below.
Where We Stay in Our Lane
Jhenesis Insurance holds an active Florida 215 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) license and is a licensed Florida insurance agency (Lic. #W667638) — but not a 220 General Lines license. That means:
- ✓ We refer the contact — you own the entire P&C sales conversation, quote, and bind.
- ✓ We never discuss specific coverage terms, carriers, or pricing with the client.
- ✓ Every referral is a genuine handoff, not a lead list — the client already knows you’ll be reaching out.
Referral Compensation
Straightforward, per-policy pricing — no negotiation needed to get started:
Paid net-30 once the policy is in force and first premium is collected. Higher-volume partners or commercial/bundled accounts: ask us about a commission-split arrangement instead.
